Product description : Dinosaur figurine: Kaprosuchus
Schleich brand plastic figure with movable jaw. The movable jaws of the Schleich DINOSAURS kaprosuchus are furnished with long defensive teeth which allowed it to bite violently. The kaprosuchus owes its name to its teeth and the shape of its body: it means "wild boar crocodile". This animal lived at the end of the Cretaceous period and it is likely that it moved mainly on land, where it hunted small prey To date, only one skull of this dinosaur has been found in the Sahara, so scientists can only guess what it actually looked like, although it is likely that it was 20 feet long. Dimensions: 21.6 x 6.5 x 7.7 cm.

Ce crocodile préhistorique, haut sur ses 4 pattes, devait courir assez rapidement pour attraper sa proie. Bien représenté, sa mâchoire garnie de grandes dents, un marron bien nuancé, c était un beau spécimen dans sa catégorie.
